AW needs to bring the disappointed fans back on-side.
We have some wonderful youngsters and in time they can make us a top team again, but he also needs, in the interim, to buy one or two quality players to convince the fans to stick with it, and believe in him and the team again, and prove that Arsenal is not a cash cow for Kroenke.
Incidentally, by ‘cash cow’ I do not mean Kroenke is sucking money out of the club, because he isn’t, but the more the Arsenal share value grows the more tempting it will become for him to borrow against the club to fund his American sport franchises.
Thanks RA, I am humbled again that you think my work is half decent
I completely agree with you. The Arsene Wenger PR machine is at it’s fiercest, but favour in Arsene is at its lowest ebb for a long time. His favour is suffering and he craves acceptance and adulation.
I think Arsene knows who he wants to bring in. His public grooming (an inappropriate term, but nonetheless accurate) of Hazard is a sign that financially he might not be able to compete in the summer, but if it comes down to desire, then Hazard knows Arsene wants him more than most and Arsene is still revered in France, despite his troubles here.
I drool at the prospect of Hazard, Gervinho, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Walcott interchanging on the wings, they can all come off the bench and change a game, they can all play anywhere across the front and all can be the thrust for the rapier that is Robin Van Persie.#
I had no idea you had your own blog. I congratulate you on an excellent article.
Your 100% correct when you mention the romantic vs the practical debate. All i know is this. If we can keep this current lot together, we will thash everyone out of sight.
Nice one mate, dou my grouse with Le boss is his apathy towards trophies nd unwilingness 2 strenghten certain parts of d team wen short. I respect him a lot 4 wat he’s given Arsenal buh change is d only constant, dre was life before him nd dre will b life after he has gone.
Well done, WG,
Another really good read!
I suspect you are right.

WG,
I am a bit disappointed that you have not found the time to get NewsNow accreditation.
Your blogsite is very professional looking and so are your Posts.
Both the site and you deserve a wider audience. Why not ask Peaches and Rasper if you need a little help?
keep going my man!
Hi RA,
As hard as I try they will not let me join. They keep saying there is grammatical errors and problems in formatting.
It’s a shame because there is such rubbish content out there and I can’t get a look in
At least mine is visually appealing (in my opinion) and tidy on mobiles too, but what can I do.
Thanks though mate, I really appreciate your backing.

Always with the thrashing TerryM — you are a rogue!!
But you are right, WG has produced an excellent article – so make sure you mark the site and come back again, often!!
Welcome TMHT
I certainly do run a blog, albeit not as regularly updated as AA though.
I try to talk about bits that others aren’t necessarily talking about to provide something original and thought-provoking.
Please come again and join us in the comments
