As you all know, I educate players, and the way I do it, is that I play people out of their natural position. If I have a natural striker or central midfielder, I will play them as wingers for a few years. If i Have a winger, I will play them as strikers or central midfielders. They will be better players in a few years. Thats the wenger-magic, and youre all very welcome.
