How many times have we been flying in the early part of the season only to lose momentum in March and April? How many times have we see us fall off and watch the consistent, determined workman-like ManYoo or Chelski steal past us whilst we flounder and nick the title.

Well, we got the result against Villa.
We can’t afford to slip up against QPR this weekend. The Spuds will feel they’ve got the worst out of their system after the draw against Chavs and their FA Cup victory last night. I could see them winning quite a few of their run-in games.
We’re far from guaranteed a St Totteringham’s Day yet – but at least we have it in our hands.
